The number of bartenders you need depends on your guest count, event style, drink menu, and level of bar service. As a general guideline, we recommend approximately 1 bartender for every 50-75 guests for a typical event with beer, wine, and simple cocktails. For larger events, cocktail-heavy menus, or celebrations where you want faster service and shorter lines, additional bartenders may be recommended. We can also coordinate custom drink names, menus, garnishes, cups, signage, and other bar details to create a cohesive experience.Our dry-hire service means you provide the alcohol, while we handle the bar experience, setup, service, presentation, and personalized details.Whether you want an elegant signature cocktail for your wedding, a frozen beverage bar for a baby shower, or a completely delicious LUXE BREWS Coffee experience, we'll work with you to create something that feels uniquely yours.
Booking with LUXE Mobile Bar SWFL is simple:1. Submit an inquiry — Tell us your event date, location, guest count, and the type of beverage experience you're looking for. 2. Receive your custom quote — We'll review your event details and recommend the best package and options for your celebration.3. Secure your date — Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive your event agreement and invoice. A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event.4. Finalize the details — We’ll work with you on your bar setup, drink selections, signature cocktails or mocktails, custom details, and other event-day preferences.5. Enjoy your event! — Our team arrives on time ready to set up, serve, and provide a polished LUXE bar experience from start to finish.Please note: Your event date is not officially reserved until the signed agreement and required retainer have been received.
